First of all, they do exercise regularly instead of staying at home to have nothing to do. Taking exercise everyday can not only eliminate pressure but also train our body. Second, we should have more vegetables than meat. It can help us turn down the occurrence of the cardiovascular disease. Third, to have a normal lifestyle is important. Like getting up early, don't stay up too late and so on. Having good living habits can make us happy and full of energy. At the end, being healthy is very important. You have to follow the tips on the top.
